Custom Corporate Event Letters, Oversized Letters, TedX events, Stage Props, Customized.

Material : Made out of high-quality EPS Styrofoam may show slight visible pockets. All letters are in white foam and come unpainted.

Letters are Unpainted but may be painted with any acrylic or latex paint with a roller or hand brush. DO NOT spray paint as harsh solvents in hard enamel paints will melt the material.

All of our letters are custom made and freestanding with a flat top to hold a clear acrylic top (not included). Acrylic top can be purchased at any home improvement store. Note in personalization if you would like dimensions for acrylic top when checking out.

We precision cut these letters which means letters with openings like A, D, B, O (examples) will have a cut seam to get to the center.

Customization: Message us for a quote on oversized letters and any custom color request. We can assist you with mock ups (delivered within 24-48/hrs of purchase for approval).

Cancellation: Custom Orders are non-refundable or returnable after purchase. Customer has 1 hour after purchase to cancel any order in our standard listings on website as production can begin immediately to ensure customer requested deadlines.

Discounts: Discounted orders cannot be used with an Etsy or any additional discounted coupon. Order will be refunded (if necessary).

Damage: PLEASE see enclosed instructions if you receive any damaged products. Customer has within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage. We will discuss process of replacement and damage policies.

Delivery: We currently ship UPS ground (3-5 business days) and USPS (small products and international, if available). We currently DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico for our oversized letters). Partysigns will not be responsible for UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES due to “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. Customer is responsible to verify all information is correct on invoice order prior to shipment. If packages are returned customer will be notified on additional cost to re-ship.
